    1. Use a Gentle Cleanser

    • Choose a fragrance-free, soap-free, and pH-balanced cleanser.
    • Avoid foaming cleansers as they can strip natural oils.
    • Recommended ingredients: Glycerin, Ceramides, Aloe Vera.

    2. Moisturize Immediately After Washing your face

    • Apply a rich, hydrating moisturizer within 60 seconds of washing to lock in moisture.
    • Look for some of the barrier-repairing ingredients:
      • Ceramides
      • Hyaluronic Acid
      • Squalane
      • Colloidal Oatmeal
      • Panthenol (Vitamin B5)

    3. Avoid Harsh Ingredients

    Stay away from:

    • Alcohol-based products
    • Fragrances and dyes
    • Retinoids (unless dermatologist-approved)
    • Physical scrubs or exfoliants

    4. Introduce Hydrating Serums (Optional)

    • Use a gentle hyaluronic acid serum under your moisturizer to boost hydration.
    • Use only 1 new product at a time to monitor skin reaction.

    5. Protect from Environmental Stressors

    • SPF is a must even for sensitive skin—use a mineral sunscreen with zinc oxide or titanium dioxide.
    • Use a humidifier indoors to maintain skin moisture during dry weather.

    6. Stay Hydrated and Eat Skin-Friendly Foods

    • Drink plenty of water.
    • Include omega-3-rich foods like flaxseeds, walnuts, and salmon.
    • Avoid processed sugar and dairy if they trigger flare-ups.

    7. Limit Hot Water Exposure

    • Use lukewarm water for showers and face washing.
    • Limit showers to under 10 minutes.

    8. Patch Test is must for All that Products which are trying first time.

Always do a patch test on your inner arm for 24 hours before using any new skincare product.
